About The Position
The Assistant Teacher supports the daily care and learning of children at Gilden Woods Haslett. The role involves following licensing guidelines and company standards, maintaining a clean, organized, fun, and interactive classroom, and developing skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children. Assistant Teachers also communicate with families and complete extensive training in childcare, preschool, and child development.
Requirements
- Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.
- Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
Responsibilities
- Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
