About The Position
Tutor Time of Cottage Grove is hiring an Assistant Teacher to help create a positive, engaging learning environment for children. The role involves providing daily care in accordance with licensing guidelines and company standards, maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom, and developing skills in observing and assessing children, planning for their needs, and communicating effectively with families. The position includes extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. The role requires working indoors or outdoors and engaging in physical activity with children. The stated work week is Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.

Responsibilities
- Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
- Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
