About The Position

Tutor Time of Holbrook is hiring an Assistant Teacher to help provide daily care and learning experiences for children. The role involves following licensing guidelines and company standards, maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom, and developing the ability to observe and assess children, plan for their needs, and communicate effectively with families. The position includes extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Requirements

• Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.
• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Observe and assess children and plan for their needs.
• Communicate effectively with families.
• Complete training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.
