About The Position

The Assistant Teacher helps provide daily care for children in a child care center, following licensing guidelines and company standards. The role supports a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized; develops skills in observing and assessing children and planning for their needs; communicates effectively with families; and includes extensive training in childcare, preschool, and child development topics. The position is intended for an energetic, dependable person passionate about working with children.
