About The Position

Assistant Teachers help provide daily care for children at a child care center while supporting a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom. They follow licensing guidelines and company standards, develop their skills in observing and assessing children and planning for their needs, and communicate effectively with families. The role includes extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Requirements

• Meet applicable state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Be energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.
• Be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
