About The Position

Child Development Schools is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to help create a nurturing environment where children can thrive. The role focuses on assisting with the guidance of young learners while prioritizing their safety and well-being. The Assistant Teacher collaborates with the lead teacher to plan engaging activities that support children’s development and builds strong partnerships with parents through open communication.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Genuine empathy and understanding of children’s needs and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of working with children.

Nice To Haves

• Education in Early Childhood Education.
• Experience working within a licensed center.
