About The Position

Assistant Teachers help provide daily care for children while following licensing guidelines and company standards. They maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized. They develop their ability to observe and assess children, plan for their needs, and communicate effectively with families. The role includes extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Requirements

• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Be energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.
• Be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
