About The Position

This is a child care center role focused on providing daily care and supporting children’s learning and development. Assistant Teachers help maintain a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom; follow licensing guidelines and company standards; observe and assess children; plan for their needs; and communicate effectively with families. The role includes extensive training in childcare, preschool, and child development.

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.

Responsibilities
