About The Position

This is more than just a daycare job. It’s a journey where you learn, grow, thrive, and play every day. Assistant Teachers help inspire children to become lifelong learners by supporting their daily care and learning in a child care center. They follow licensing guidelines and company standards, maintain a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom, develop skills in observing and assessing children and planning for them, and communicate effectively with families. They complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
