About The Position

This is a child care center role focused on helping children learn and grow. The Assistant Teacher supports the daily care of every child, follows licensing guidelines and company standards, and helps maintain a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom. The role also involves developing skills in observing and assessing children, planning for their needs, and communicating effectively with families. Extensive training is provided on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.

Responsibilities
