About The Position

Step by Step Montessori Wayzata is seeking an Assistant Teacher to support a positive, safe learning environment for children. The Assistant Teacher assists with implementing age-appropriate curriculum, preparing and organizing learning materials, and supervising children during activities, including meals and naptime. The role also includes supporting children’s development, monitoring their progress, and creating a harmonious environment for children and fellow teachers.
