Requirements
- Have a passion for educating and caring for young children.
- Hold a High School Diploma or GED.
- Bring a positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
- Must meet all applicable state licensing and background screening requirements.
Nice To Haves
- ECE coursework or experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Partner with Lead Teachers to implement our proprietary curriculum.
- Create a safe, caring, and engaging classroom environment.
- Support children's social, emotional, and educational development.
- Maintain health, safety, and licensing standards.
- Build positive relationships with families and team members.
