About The Position

The Goddard School in Beverly Hills, MI is hiring Assistant Teachers to work with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers in a full-day childcare and preschool environment. The school provides a safe, dynamic, and nurturing setting intended to help children become joyful, confident learners prepared for success in school and life. Teachers work in clean, state-of-the-art facilities with health and safety guidelines and established teacher-to-child ratios. They plan activities, observe children's interests, collaborate with other teachers on engaging curriculum ideas, and communicate with parents about children's experiences and achievements, including through mobile apps and personal discussions. The school offers support from experienced directors and opportunities to continue growing in early childhood education. Full-time shifts are nine hours, including a one-hour break, and full-time positions are 40 hours per week. Example shifts are 8 a.m.–5 p.m. and 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Part-time shifts are also available and require availability up to 6 p.m. The school has no evening or weekend hours.

Responsibilities
