About The Position

The Assistant Teacher supports the daily care and learning of children at a child care center. The role helps maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized, while following licensing guidelines and company standards. Assistant Teachers develop their ability to observe and assess children, plan for their needs, and communicate effectively with families. The position includes extensive training in childcare, preschool, and child development topics. Candidates should be energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children, and able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
