About The Position

Assistant Teachers help provide daily care for children while following licensing guidelines and company standards. They maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized. They develop the ability to observe and assess children, plan for their needs, and communicate effectively with families. The role includes completing extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. The position is intended for energetic, dependable individuals with a passion for working with children who can meet applicable state and/or accreditation requirements and participate in physical activities with children indoors or outdoors.
