About The Position

The Assistant Teacher supports the daily care and learning of children at a child care center. The role involves following licensing guidelines and company standards, maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom, and developing skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children. Assistant Teachers also communicate with families and complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Requirements

• Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.
• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities
