About The Position

This is a child care center role focused on supporting children's care, learning, and development. Assistant Teachers follow licensing guidelines and company standards to provide daily care, help maintain a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom, and develop their ability to observe and assess children, plan for their needs, and communicate with families. The role includes extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Requirements

• Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.
• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
