About The Position

This is a child care center teaching role focused on supporting children's care, learning, and development. Assistant Teachers follow licensing guidelines and company standards to provide daily care, help maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized, and develop skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children and communicating effectively with families. The role includes extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.
