About The Position

Primrose School of Ashburn at Broadlands is hiring an Assistant Teacher, also described as an Early Childhood Support Teacher or Daycare Support Teacher. The role supports young children’s learning and development by providing nurturing care, building trusted relationships with families, and helping children develop a strong foundation. The school provides an exclusive digital learning platform and a Balanced Learning curriculum, including age-appropriate lesson plans created for teachers. The schedule requires flexibility between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.; the position does not require nights or weekends. No prior experience is required, and training is provided. Compensation is $17–$19 per hour.
