About The Position

Join Silverline Montessori Silverlake Campus as an Assistant Teacher. You will assist with implementing age-appropriate curriculum, prepare and organize learning materials, and supervise children during activities, meals, and naptime to help ensure a safe, positive learning environment. The school offers educators resources and support, education incentives, and career development programs. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 6 months of prior experience working in a certified child development center.
Prior experience with the assigned age group.
Meet specific requirements set by minimum state standards and/or accreditation.
Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and smartphone.
Love working with children.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree in early childhood development or CDA certification (preferred but not required).
One year of prior experience working in a certified child development center (preferred).
