Assistant Teacher
About The Position
Assistant Teachers support the daily care and development of children in a child care center. They follow licensing guidelines and company standards, maintain a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom, and develop their ability to observe and assess children, plan for their needs, and communicate effectively with families. The role includes extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. Candidates should be energetic, dependable, and passionate about working with children, and able to work indoors or outdoors and participate in physical activity with children. The work week is Monday through Friday.
