About The Position
The Assistant Teacher helps provide daily care for children in accordance with licensing guidelines and company standards. The role supports a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized, and develops skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children and communicating with families. The position includes extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. Candidates should be energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children, and able to meet applicable state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience. The role involves working indoors or outdoors and engaging in physical activity with children.
