About The Position

This is more than a daycare job: it is an opportunity to learn, grow, and support children as lifelong learners. The Assistant Teacher helps provide daily care in a child care center, follows licensing guidelines and company standards, and maintains a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom. The role includes engaging with children, developing skills in observation, assessment, and planning, communicating effectively with families, and completing extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.
