About The Position

This is more than just a daycare job. It’s a journey where you learn, grow, thrive, and play every day. Assistant Teachers help inspire children to become lifelong learners by supporting their daily care and learning in a child care center. They follow licensing guidelines and company standards, help maintain a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom, engage with children, and develop skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children and communicating with families. The role includes extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. The stated pay is $17.30–$17.98 per hour.

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
