About The Position

Endeavor Montessori is seeking an Assistant Teacher to help implement age-appropriate curriculum, prepare and organize learning materials, and supervise children during activities, including meals and naptime, to maintain a safe and positive learning environment. The role supports children’s development and growth, monitors their progress, and helps create a harmonious environment for children and fellow teachers. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
2–5 years of prior experience working in a certified child development center.
Prior experience with the assigned age group.
Meet specific requirements set by minimum state standards and/or accreditation.
Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and smartphone.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members.
Patience, collaboration, creativity, and passion for early childhood education.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree in Early Childhood Development or CDA certification preferred.
