About The Position

Assistant Teachers help inspire children to become lifelong learners by supporting their daily care and participating in an engaging classroom environment. They follow licensing guidelines and company standards, help keep the classroom clean and organized, engage with children, and develop skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children and communicating with families. The role includes extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
