Child Focus Early Childhood program is seeking a full time Head Start Assistant Teacher.

Requirements

Pass physical examination, background check, and drug screen
Maintain required Physical/TB screen requirements
Have previous teaching or assistant teaching position in a licensed early childhood program
Knowledge and interest of the social, emotional and creative needs of young children

Responsibilities

Assist in implementing a research-based curriculum
Engage with children and helping them learn and grow
Light cleaning
Setting up activities

Maintain an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and grow
Meet basic requirements of local child care regulatory agency
