About The Position
The University of North Texas is seeking a part-time Assistant Swimming & Diving Coach to assist the coaching staff with management and administration of the Swimming and Diving program and team. The coach will lead assigned practice sessions or workouts and may work regularly with a specific group of student-athletes. The work schedule varies based on the segment of the season. The position is based in Denton and may require driving a University vehicle. This is a security-sensitive position.
Requirements
- Swimming and Diving coaching experience.
- Knowledge of applicable NCAA, Conference, and University rules and regulations, and compliance with them.
- Submit a minimum of two professional references with the application; additional references may be added after submission.
Responsibilities
- Assist the coaching staff with management and administration of the Swimming and Diving program and team.
- Coach practice sessions or workouts as assigned.
- May work regularly with a specific group of student-athletes.
