About The Position

South Coast Improvement Company serves a number of sectors in New England, and also specializes in renovating and expanding occupied Senior Living facilities along the Eastern Seaboard. We have a project in Manhattan, NY that we are hiring for immediately.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 - 5 years’ experience in commercial construction
• Enforcement of safety best practices
• Occupied renovations
• Scheduling and coordination skills are essential
• Procore
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• Provides own, reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• OSHA 30 or higher certification

Responsibilities

• Enforce all OSHA and best in class safety standards
• Site cleanliness – enforce subcontractors and help as needed
• Upload photos and notes into construction management program
• Sign visitors, subs, vendors onto jobsite
• Help identify and solve issues
• Communicate proactively
• Support the Site Supervisor
• Enforce quality and best in class workmanship
• Manage deliveries
