Requirements

  • Minimum 3-7 years of construction experience.
  • Experience as an Assistant Superintendent, Foreman, Lead Carpenter, Field Engineer, Project Engineer, or equivalent field leadership role preferred.
  • Commercial, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, mission critical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or data center construction experience preferred.
  • Understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades.
  • OSHA 30 preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • CPR/AED certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated commitment to construction safety.
  • Ability to travel full-time to project locations across the United States.
  • Ability to walk jobsites for extended periods.
  • Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and work in active construction environments.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and inspect construction materials as needed.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with project teams and clients.

  • Controlled environment or cleanroom experience is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Superintendent with daily oversight of construction activities.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and self-perform crews.
  • Monitor field productivity and workforce requirements.
  • Assist with project logistics, site access, material deliveries, and work sequencing.
  • Participate in daily planning meetings and foreman coordination meetings.
  • Support schedule execution and milestone tracking.
  • Assist in the construction of advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, life sciences, mission critical, data center, controlled environment, and cleanroom facilities.
  • Support implementation of contamination control and cleanliness protocols when required.
  • Assist with coordination of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and specialty systems.
  • Monitor field activities to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Support startup, commissioning, turnover, and client occupancy activities.
  • Promote and support all company and project-specific safety initiatives.
  • Participate in daily safety briefings and pre-task planning meetings.
  • Conduct routine site inspections and identify potential safety concerns.
  • Verify subcontractor compliance with jobsite safety requirements.
  • Assist with documentation of safety observations and corrective actions.
  • Assist in field quality inspections and verification of completed work.
  • Ensure work is performed according to project plans and specifications.
  • Help manage punch-list activities and deficiency tracking.
  • Maintain project documentation and photo records.
  • Support commissioning and turnover documentation as required.
  • Coordinate daily activities between subcontractors and project leadership.
  • Participate in owner, architect, engineer, and subcontractor meetings.
  • Assist with preparation of daily reports and progress updates.
  • Communicate field issues and potential delays to the Superintendent and Project Manager.
  • Support project closeout activities and owner turnover processes.
