  • Track weekly sales activity, conversion, attendance, retention, and follow-up.
  • Re-engage inactive members and create referral and community outreach opportunities.

  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and ongoing performance conversations.
  • Lead pre-shift huddles, provide in-the-moment coaching, and ensure every team member understands the priorities for the day.
  • Create a positive, professional culture where energy and accountability exist together.
  • Deliver a premium welcome from the first inquiry through every studio visit.
  • Resolve member concerns quickly and thoughtfully.
  • Ensure the studio feels organized, high-energy, clean, and ready for every class.
  • Partner with trainers and instructors to create a connected experience before, during, and after class.
  • Support daily opening and closing procedures, scheduling, labour awareness, inventory, and studio standards.
  • Assist with local marketing initiatives, events, partnerships, and in-studio activations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes, lead follow-up, and operational communication.
  • Step in for the Studio Manager when required and take ownership of assigned shifts and priorities.
