About The Position

Hot 8 Yoga is expanding its management team and is looking for enthusiastic, growth-driven Assistant Directors who love Yoga to join their company. Candidates must have a 200-hour RYT certificate and are required to teach classes on the schedule. Previous management experience is required.

Requirements

• 200-hour RYT certificate
• Required to teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin)
• Previous management experience

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff
• Working a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week
• Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends)
• Tracking studio budget
• Addressing day-to-day maintenance needs
• Processing payroll
• Oversee inventory
• Work 4-5 Front Desk shifts
• Lots of cleaning - all day every day!
• Lead Teacher Trainings
• Lead and manager teachers and front desk staff
