Requirements

• Previous experience of at least a minimum of 2 years in retail, managing teams, working with personalized attention and sales objectives.
• Advanced level of English and Spanish is essential.
• Flexible schedule to work Sunday to Saturday in rotating shifts.
• A person with a strong customer orientation, goal achievement, and great motivation to grow and develop their professional career.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the perfect piece, offering personalized service that exceeds their expectations.
• Work with KPIs, individual and group goals where your performance and that of your team will be key to our common success.
• Build and develop a stellar team, promoting an environment of continuous learning, camaraderie, and motivation.
• Keep the store impeccable: opening/closing, cleaning, visual merchandising, and much more.
• Control stock with precision and proactive strategies to ensure the best sales.
