Requirements
- Previous experience of minimum of 1 year in retail, working with personalized attention and sales objectives.
- Advanced level of English is essential.
- Flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A strong customer orientation, goal achievement, and great motivation to grow and develop their professional career.
Nice To Haves
- Spanish preferred.
Responsibilities
- Offer personalized service that exceeds customer expectations to help them find the perfect piece.
- Work with KPIs, individual and group goals, where performance is key to common success.
- Maintain the store impeccable: opening/closing, cleaning, visual merchandising.
- Care for the product, stock control, and support in the inventory process.
