About The Position

Join the Lovisa America team during an exciting period of growth with numerous new store openings. We are seeking enthusiastic Lovisa Sales Super Stars to join our expanding team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will embody the Lovisa brand, leading your team by example, sharing sales techniques, and achieving store KPIs. This role is ideal for individuals who see themselves as great leaders and aspire to advance in their retail careers. Lovisa was founded on the principle of providing on-trend fashion jewelry at accessible prices. Our global trend-spotting teams draw inspiration from high fashion and street style to deliver fresh, must-have items weekly. We are a fashion-forward brand dedicated to every woman, introducing 150 new styles to stores each week. Requirements

• Open availability for the retail work week.
• Must be 18 years and older.
• Store management experience for a retailer or hospitality.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment.
• Strong people management skills and thorough understanding of performance management.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• A proven track record of delivering results.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Passion for retail and fashion!
