About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in delivering results for customers and team members. Working closely with the Store Manager, this role helps understand daily, weekly, and monthly store priorities; assigns projects and tasks to Key Holders and Sales Associates; and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures. The position is full-time and hourly paid.

Requirements

Passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends.
At least 1 year of retail management experience; fast-fashion experience is preferred.
At least 1 year of proven experience inspiring and managing diverse, high-performing teams.
Demonstrated results and business acumen in driving sales, stock, and service delivery.
Knowledge of retail merchandising practices, including executing visual merchandising directives and delivering high visual merchandising standards with the team.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Outstanding communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
