About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager assists the General Manager with day-to-day operations. The role is suited to a self-motivated, organized, hardworking person who wants to grow with the company. The franchise employs 10–15 people, so team-building skills are important. The position includes hourly pay on a biweekly schedule, flexible schedules, incentives, and opportunities for growth and advancement. The store is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Requirements

Reliable transportation.
Food Handler’s License preferred.
Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to work 35–50 hours per week.
Excellent communication skills.
Organization skills.
Team-building skills.
Basic computer skills; Word and Excel preferred.
Basic math skills.
Must be able to deliver and create an outstanding product.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of food industry experience preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of leadership or management experience preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Driving requirements: at least 18 years old; no more than 3 traffic violations in 3 years or 2 in 2 years; reliable transportation; vehicle must comply with store and corporate safety standards; at least 1 year of driving experience; vehicle insurance; valid vehicle registration; and vehicle must have a positive image.
