About The Position

Zales is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and help lead store operations, sales performance, and the team’s customer experience. The role focuses on maintaining individual and team achievement standards to meet sales and profit projections, contributing to total customer satisfaction, developing team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and recruiting and selecting team members. The Assistant Store Manager also follows and enforces Company policies and procedures and performs other operational and strategic duties.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience; preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
