About The Position

Stonebriar Auto Services is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for a Jiffy Lube Multicare location in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. As a member of the location management team, the Assistant Store Manager provides hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates. The role is responsible for helping ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meet or exceed company goals, while maintaining an energetic and fun working environment.

The Assistant Store Manager may also perform the duties of other store team members, including Lube Technicians and Mechanics or Certified Technicians, as required by business needs, teammate absences, or other factors. Vehicle maintenance experience is preferred but not required; training is available for candidates with a stable work history in a physical environment and supervisory experience. A current, valid driver's license is required.
