About The Position

85°C Bakery Cafe is a global bakery cafe known for its fresh-baked breads, signature cakes, and specialty drinks. They are growing across the U.S. and believe great teams build great stores, growing leaders from within. The Assistant Store Manager is the General Manager's right hand, responsible for driving sales and profitability, developing the team, and acting as the leader on duty when the GM is out. This role involves running the business while upholding standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.

Requirements

• 2+ years of store or restaurant management experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Experience supervising 10+ team members.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Full-time availability, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• AA degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to drive store sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team; serve as manager-on-duty when the GM is away.
• Help manage store financials (P&L), labor, and inventory.
• Champion the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of the team.
