About The Position
Jiffy Lube is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join the location management team. The role provides hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates to help meet or exceed operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest-service goals while maintaining an energetic and enjoyable working environment. The Assistant Store Manager may also perform duties of other store team members, including Lube Technicians and Mechanics or Certified Technicians, as business needs or absences require. Previous vehicle-maintenance experience is strongly preferred but not required; training is available for candidates with a stable work history in a physical environment and supervisory experience.
