About The Position

Kay Jewelers, part of Signet Jewelers, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and help drive store performance. The role contributes to sales and profit projections by maintaining daily focus on individual and team standards, creating an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction, developing team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and participating in recruiting and selection. The Assistant Store Manager also follows and enforces company policies and procedures and performs other operational and strategic duties.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience; experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
