About The Position

Rebel Convenience Stores is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to help lead the store team, support daily operations, and provide a positive guest experience. The role assists the Store Manager with store operations and covers the Store Manager’s duties when needed. The Assistant Store Manager supervises, trains, and supports team members; serves customers; maintains store cleanliness, organization, stock, and safety; follows policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age-restricted sales; manages inventory; completes reports; and supports high operational standards. The position requires flexibility to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, along with the ability to travel to nearby stores when needed. The minimum pay rate is $17; no pay period is specified.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in a supervisory or customer service role.
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with cash registers and basic store equipment.
Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
Flexibility to travel to nearby stores when needed.

Responsibilities
