About The Position

Stonebriar Auto Services is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for a Jiffy Lube location. As a member of the location management team, the successful candidate provides hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates. The role helps ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meet or exceed company goals while maintaining an energetic and fun working environment.

The Assistant Store Manager may also perform the functions of other store team members, including Lube Techs and Mechanics / Certified Technicians, as needed due to business needs, teammate absences, or other factors. Previous vehicle maintenance experience is strongly preferred but not required; training is available for candidates with a stable work history in a physical environment and supervisory experience. A current and valid driver's license is required.
