About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven and creative Assistant Store Manager. The role assists the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team member standards to attain sales and profit projections, contributing to total customer satisfaction, developing team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and recruiting and selecting team members. The Assistant Store Manager also follows and enforces Company policies and procedures and performs other operational and strategic duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge and skills, and promotes advancement from within.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience; experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.
