About The Position

Kent stores function as distinct yet interconnected businesses, including core home improvement retail, Pro customer services, and Install Sales solutions, each with unique operational requirements. The Assistant Store Manager will support the integration of these business lines, ensuring alignment and execution across the store. This is a hands-on leadership role involving oversight of multiple departments, support for cross-departmental execution, leader development, and driving financial and operational results. Success requires balancing competing priorities, managing complexity, and leading teams across multiple revenue streams while upholding high standards for safety, customer experience, and associate engagement.
