About The Position

Stonebriar Auto Services is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a Jiffy Lube location in Machesney Park, Illinois. As a member of the location management team, the role provides hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates. The Assistant Store Manager helps ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meet or exceed company goals, while fostering an energetic and fun working environment. The position may also perform the work of other store team members, including Lube Technicians and Mechanics/Certified Technicians, when required by business needs, absences, or other factors. Previous vehicle maintenance experience is strongly preferred but not required; training is available for candidates with a stable work history in a physical environment and supervisory experience.

Requirements
