About The Position

Kay Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead store operations and support the Store Manager. The role focuses on achieving individual and team standards, sales and profit projections, and a high level of customer satisfaction. The Assistant Store Manager helps develop team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and assists with recruiting and selecting team members. The position also involves following and enforcing company policies and procedures and performing other operational and strategic duties.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience; experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners.
• Ability to use basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
