About The Position
The Assistant Store Manager / Manager In Training (MIT) is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing sales, accounting, service, and collection activities at a single-store level. The role delegates portions of these activities to trained employees, controls in-store programs and plans to meet company objectives and assigned store quotas, and organizes and conducts ongoing training for store employees. Requirements
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving history.
- Prior experience as an assistant manager, general manager, store manager, auto dealership employee, automotive retail worker, auto sales professional, or retail management professional is important to success in the job.
