About The Position

We are seeking someone to join our team focused on customer service and sales growth! In this role, the Assistant Manager will support store operations, lead your team, and drive sales through excellent customer service. Expect to wear many hats, from hiring and training to cash management and inventory. This hourly position requires hard work, dedication, and a passion for serving others. This position starts at 30 hours per week on average.

Requirements

  • Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs.
  • Availability to work all dayparts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leaderships skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Have excellent communication, problem solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and walking

Nice To Haves

  • Proven experience as a shift lead/supervisor or similar position in the food and beverage industry (or similar environment) preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day operations of the store including opening and closing procedures.
  • Hiring, training, and supervising team members and act as a point of contact
  • Maintaining inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Monitoring financial performance, analyze sales reports, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Upholding company standards for product quality and cleanliness
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Helping to facilitate the scheduling of team members
  • Performing other duties as assigned
